As an Industrial Field Service Rep, you will:

Provide Expert Technical Service: Deliver effective technical service to support product application at customer sites, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Customer and Territory Management: Manage multiple customer accounts across an assigned geography, supporting diverse product lines and applications.
Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Consistently troubleshoot quality variances from recommended ranges, demonstrating strong technical aptitude to resolve customer challenges and assist with process improvements.
Equipment and Inventory Management: Perform consistent service, repair, replacement, and installation of DuBois equipment. Conduct chemical testing, manage on-site inventory, and provide value-added personal service to customers.
Reporting and Documentation: Accurately report, document, and communicate findings, abnormal conditions, and offer practical recommendations to customers and internal teams.
Data Management and System Utilization: Effectively enter all relevant information into Analytics or an equivalent data collection system, including chemical test results, meter/setpoint readings, inventory levels/dosage rates, GPS location, and service time.
Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively and collaboratively with team members and other cross-functional support employees.
Continuous Learning: Learn and assist with eTools, System Surveys, and Cost Calculators to enhance service delivery.
Safety and Travel: Maintain a constant focus on work and vehicle driving safe habits, traveling to assigned customer sites to conduct service audits as required.

This is a full time, Direct Hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

Relevant Industrial Experience: Possess mechanical, chemical, or industrial experience, preferably within a field service or technical support capacity.
Technical Aptitude: Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, including proficiency in electrical systems and pipefitting, crucial for hands-on industrial service tasks.
Operational Efficiency: Exhibit strong time management skills and a keen attention to detail, vital for efficient and accurate industrial site service.
Effective Communication: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills to articulate technical issues, provide solutions, and interact professionally with industrial clients and internal teams.
On-Site Testing Proficiency: Proficiently perform technical and mechanical on-site testing to diagnose issues, ensure proper product application, and validate system performance in industrial environments.
Autonomy and Reliability: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-reliance and accountability in managing assigned service routes and customer needs.
Mobility & Compliance: Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with the ability to travel up to 25-40%, including some overnight travel, to various industrial customer sites.

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year.
