Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect end-to-end Power Platform solutionsintegrating Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, and external systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, ServiceNow).
• Design and buildapproval management agentsthat check for pending approvals, notify users, and enable in-line action through Teams or Outlook.
• Guide the design and deployment ofPower Virtual Agentsand Copilot experiences to improve user interaction with enterprise workflows.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical design, and deliver POCs and scalable solutions.
• Ensuregovernance, security, and reusabilityin all Power Platform assets.
  Required Qualifications:
  • Deep expertise inMicrosoft Copilot/Power Platform(Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse)
  • Experience inCopilot Studioand prompt orchestration
  • Proficiency inadaptive cards, JSON, and Teams integration
  • Strong understanding ofCopilot and AI Buildercapabilities within Power Platform
  • Experience withMicrosoft 365 ecosystem, especially Teams and Outlook workflows
  • Familiarity withsecurity models, environments, and data policies in Power Platform
  • Background inbusiness process automation, RPA, or chatbot frameworks
  • Experience in buildingagent workflowsfor productivity or operations
  • Understanding ofDevOps for Power Platform(ALM, GitHub Actions, etc.)
