Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical
and functional support for the ServiceNow Human Resources Service
Delivery (HRSD) platform. You will play a key role in the
implementation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the
ServiceNow HRSD solution to meet the evolving needs of the HR
function and the organization.The successful candidate will partner
with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to analyze business
requirements, design solutions, and ensure the effective delivery
of HR services through the ServiceNow platform. This role requires
a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and a strong
understanding of HR processes.What you'll do:
- System Administration and Configuration: Perform day-to-day
administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow
HRSD platform.
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to
gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new
implementations, enhancements, and system modifications.
- Solution Design: Design and configure ServiceNow HRSD solutions
to automate HR processes, improve service delivery, and enhance the
user experience.
- Development and Implementation: Develop and implement
ServiceNow HRSD workflows, forms, business rules, notifications,
and integrations.
- Testing and Deployment: Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow
HRSD configurations and customizations, and manage the deployment
of changes to production environments.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the
ServiceNow HRSD system, and develop reports and dashboards to
provide insights into HR service delivery metrics.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and
functional issues related to the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
- Documentation and Training: Create and maintain technical
documentation, user guides, and training materials for the
ServiceNow HRSD system.
- Project Management: Manage ServiceNow HRSD projects of
significant impact, spanning multiple organizations, as
needed.
- Collaboration: Nurture positive working relationships within
the team and begin developing relationships with functional
leadership. Adapt to shifting priorities and communicate downstream
implications to partners. Influence peers and key stakeholders to
gain buy-in, distilling complex concepts and facilitating
dialogue.What You'll Need:
- University Degree (advanced degree a plus) in a relevant field
such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or
a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8+ years (6+ years with advanced degree) of
experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator, with a focus on
HRSD implementation and support.
- Wide-ranging experience with a deep understanding of ServiceNow
HRSD modules (e.g., Case Management, Employee Service Center,
Knowledge Management, Onboarding).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track
record for planning, doing, and auditing work.
- Highly detailed-driven with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with
the ability to see the broader picture.
- The ability to work independently, take ownership, and be
highly responsive to stakeholders.
- Strong consultation skills and the ability to seek out
information and provide quality advice.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for internal
presentations that demonstrate business acumen.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and web service
technologies is a plus.
- Experience with HR business processes and best
practices.Compensation and BenefitsThe base pay range for this role
is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on
individual factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and
location.Pay range: $115,200.00 - $216,000.00Payment frequency:
AnnualThis role is also eligible for a bonus, long term incentives
