associate to join its Business & Tax Practice Group in any of their
San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, or Portland offices. Qualified
candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the
areas of emerging company work, venture capital and growth capital
investment transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and/or general
corporate law. Candidates must have strong academic credentials,
writing and drafting skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and be
team players.
