Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly depending upon experience Responsibilities: Manage cases from intake through resolution, including trial preparation and courtroom appearances. Provide clear, empathetic, and strategic counsel to clients navigating sensitive legal issues. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, parenting plans, and settlement agreements. Negotiate settlements and participate in mediations with professionalism. Collaborate with senior attorneys for mentorship and case strategy development. Contribute to firm growth through client service, networking, and business development. Qualifications: Licensed attorney in good standing. Minimum of one year of courtroom or litigation experience (family law experience preferred but not required). Strong written and oral advocacy skills, with confidence in the courtroom. Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple cases effectively. Excellent communicator with a client-first mindset and empathetic approach. Motivated, ethical, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment. Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and high-quality service.
