operating in locations without reliable connectivity. Amazon Leo IT
Services is looking to hire a skilled IT Support Engineer to
provide comprehensive technical support for our infrastructure,
warehousing operations, production environments, and laboratory
facilities. This role is crucial in maintaining operational
efficiency and ensuring reliable technology systems across our
organization. 10037 Key job responsibilities This shift will be
nightshift, 5:00PM - 3:30AM, Sun-Wed. Shift assignments or hours
are subject to change based on business need. *Process tickets via
approved standard operating procedures (SOPs) to triage and resolve
customer issues. *Provision, Deploy, and troubleshoot Windows,
Linux, and maxOS workstations *Provision, Deploy, and troubleshoot
bare-metal windows and Linux servers *Configure, Deploy, and
Replace network infrastructure including switches, routers, and
firewalls *Participate in hiring, training and development of
others *Provide technical support for Amazon Leo Production, lab
and launch Infrastructure, components, and associated software
*Provide remote support for Amazon Leo employees and infrastructure
worldwide *Perform scheduled maintenance and system upgrades
*Assist with project implementations and technology deployments
*Drives engineering best practices (e.g., Operational Excellence,
Security, Quality, etc.) and set standards. *Participate in on-call
responsibilities *Up to 25% Travel Requirements Export Control -
This position requires that the candidate selected be a U.S.
Citizen in order to comply with U.S. government-imposed
requirements related to the nature of the work and/or where it will
be performed. A day in the life You start the day by reviewing
critical incidents that need to be prioritized. After addressing
immediate concerns, you will join the daily team stand up and work
on projects and tickets critical to production and take part with a
rotating on-call. In this role, you will build relationships with
production teams, mentor, and ensure stability and standardization.

critical Amazon Leo systems. About the team Amazon Leo IT Services
is a fast paced technical support organization that is focused on
supporting large scale business initiatives while keeping a Day1
mentality. Our support scope involves several highly technical
areas such as Production Operations, Lab Operations, Launch, and
Warehousing. - High school or equivalent diploma - 2 years of
technical support experience - 2 years of networking and
troubleshooting experience - 2 years of IT client, server, and
network service delivery experience - Experience supporting video
conference and teleconference equipment - CCNA or equivalent level
networking certification, or Bachelor's degree - 2 years of

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
