Job Description:
Become a transformative HR leader who will reshape the employee
experience at Amazon Advertising. You'll be the strategic architect
of workplace excellence, designing innovative people strategies
that empower teams, solve complex workforce challenges, and drive
meaningful impact across our technology ecosystem. The HRBP role
exists to power the trajectory of the business by ensuring Amazon
has the right talent mix, senior leadership, and capabilities to
innovate and deliver exceptional customer experiences. HRBPs serve
as the leaders of people and organizational strategy, accelerating
business outcomes through the diagnosis, development, and execution
of integrated solutions. HRBPs start with the business first and
speak the language of the business. HRBPs play a crucial role in
building and maintaining inclusive organizations that leverage
different perspectives, experiences, and talents to drive
innovation and better serve our global customer base. As deeply
embedded partners, they build trusted relationships with senior
leaders, enabling them to effectively coach, act as change agents,
and influence critical decisions around talent and organizational
design to drive business results. HRBPs are Trusted Advisors and
are members of the business leadership team, expected to have
perspectives on the intersections of people and business strategy
in a variety of forms. They are accountable for overall PXT
effectiveness. While HRBPs orchestrate this work, they collaborate
extensively with other PXT teams, including: HR Partners, Employee
Relations, IXT, Legal, Talent Management, etc. to build and deliver
an integrated people plan. Key job responsibilities - Develop
comprehensive people and organizational strategies that drive

Utilize advanced data analytics to identify workforce trends and
design strategic action plans - Provide expert guidance on employee
relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness -
Create and implement change management initiatives that enhance
team connectivity and performance - Design career development and
retention programs that support sustainable professional growth -
Partner with business leaders to formulate people and organization
strategy, mitigate risks, and drive results in a dynamic and often
ambiguous high growth environment - Coach and mentor at executive
management levels, serving as a trusted advisor on the business

customers and communities. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Human
Resources, or a related field - 7 years of HR experience -
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership
decisions at the organizational level - Experience mentoring,
coaching, and influencing colleagues, collaborators, and
stakeholders - Experience working with data and leveraging
analytics to make decisions - Experience partnering with business
leaders in highly complex and dynamic business settings -
Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives -
Experience working in a high-tech environment - Experience working
in a fast-paced environment similar to a high-tech start-up -
Advanced skills in navigating complex and evolving business
landscapes - Proven success in delivering measurable organizational
improvements - Advanced degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or
related discipline - Experience dealing well with ambiguity,
prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
