Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 4) to join the 737 Delivery Operations BPS team in Seattle or Renton, Washington. This role is critical in enhancing the performance of our Delivery Centers across Seattle, Moses Lake, Renton Preflight, and Decorative Paint. The selected candidate will focus on developing and implementing strategic plans that drive cultural improvement, ensure compliance, and enhance employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: Compliance Assessment: - Conduct thorough assessments of manufacturing processes and practices against applicable standards and criteria - Analyze compliance data to identify gaps and areas of risk - Provide actionable feedback on assessment results to relevant stakeholders - Develop and implement strategies to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements Process Improvement: - Lead complex group work sessions utilizing advanced Lean principles and tools to implement the Boeing Production System (BPS) - Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop metrics and plans that align with business objectives - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process improvements Safety and Compliance Strategy: - Drive a culture of safety and compliance within the organization - Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee awareness and engagement in compliance and safety practices - Work with leadership to establish safety and compliance metrics that align with organizational goals - Conduct regular reviews and updates of safety protocols and compliance strategies to ensure ongoing effectiveness - Facilitate and lead initiatives that promote employee involvement in safety, compliance, and process improvement efforts Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): - 2 years of experience in developing and refining executive level presentations - 3 years of experience working with cross-functional teams - 3 years of experience with project management and ability to manage projects - 5 years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint - Ability to work any shift based on the needs of the operation Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): - 5 years of experience in driving compliance culture and risk mitigation - 5 years of experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace - 5 years of experience in operations analysis or operations research - Proficiency in the Boeing Problem Solving Model (BPSM) and Systematic Problem Solving Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
