Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An
opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
position within a school setting located in Yelm, WA. This
full-time contract role runs through June 12, 2026, offering a
consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week, supporting students
from kindergarten through 12th grade. Key responsibilities include:
Providing high-quality speech and language therapy services to a
caseload of approximately 45-50 students. Collaborating with
educators and families to develop and implement individualized
education plans (IEPs). Monitoring student progress and adjusting
therapy approaches accordingly. Maintaining thorough documentation
and compliance with regulatory and district requirements.
Participating actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and
student-focused discussions. Qualifications: Hold a current
Speech-Language Pathologist license in Washington State, or be
willing to obtain one. Must be fingerprinted through the Office of
Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) or willing to complete
fingerprinting. Experience working with school-aged children,
ideally across the K-12 range. Strong communication and
organizational skills. Ability to work onsite full time remote work
is not an option for this role. This role offers an engaging
