Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ED - Emergency Department - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/22/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - ED ER Job Details: • Work 12-hour evening/night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM • Schedule includes 3 shifts per week totaling 36 hours • Occasional mid shifts may be required • Required to float as a sitter and may float in rotation • Washington State or Compact RN License required • Must maintain active BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications • Coordinate and provide high-quality patient care using nursing process and evidence-based practice • Develop, implement, and reassess individualized patient care plans • Administer medications and complete nursing procedures and treatments • Complete holistic ongoing assessments and respond appropriately to patient status changes • Document care provided, assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately • Provide patient and family education with written informational materials • Delegate appropriately and oversee care provided by non-licensed assistive personnel • Collaborate and communicate effectively with all healthcare team members • Maintain clean and safe environment according to hospital and unit policies • Must adhere to facility policies and Washington Nurse Practice Act guidelines Facility: This healthcare facility is a comprehensive medical center providing emergency and acute care services to the community.
