Job Description Job Description Job Title: RN – Outpatient Cardiology Clinic Location: 550 17th Ave Ste 680, Seattle 98122 Schedule: Day 5x8-Hour (08:30 - 17:00) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a busy Outpatient Cardiology Clinic specializing in electrophysiology and structural heart procedures. This role supports advanced cardiac interventions and provides comprehensive patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with electrophysiology and structural heart procedures including: Pacemaker/Defibrillator lead extraction & removal Watchman procedures Arrhythmia induction Cardiac ablation & cardiac mapping Cardioversion & conduction studies Pacemaker insertion & AICD insertion/programming Left Atrial Appendage (LAA) closure Obtain and interpret 12-lead EKG/ECG. Monitor and manage cardiac dysrhythmias. Administer and monitor cardiac medications including antiarrhythmics, antihypertensives, and thrombolytics. Provide pre-procedure, intra-procedure, and post-procedure nursing care. Educate patients on arrhythmia management, medications, device care, and lifestyle modifications. Collaborate with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards and protocols. Requirements Active RN license (WA or compact eligible). Recent outpatient cardiology or electrophysiology experience. Strong knowledge of cardiac rhythms and advanced cardiac procedures. Experience with device clinics (pacemaker/AICD).
