Conduct psychological assessments and provide therapeutic interventions. Collaborate with software developers to integrate clinical insights into user experience enhancements. Develop mental health protocols and guidelines for digital platforms. Engage in continuous research to stay abreast of psychological trends and their implications on digital implementations. Provide training and support to staff on mental health practices. Proficiency in various psychological assessment tools and therapies. Strong collaboration skills, especially in a cross-disciplinary team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to translate clinical findings into actionable tech-driven solutions. Active state license as a Clinical Psychologist. Board certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology preferred.
