Clinic RN - Primary Care at Providence Health and Services
summary: The Clinic RN - Primary Care provides professional nursing
care in accordance with state regulations and organizational
protocols, delivering primary and specialty health care services
collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. The role involves
clinical, teaching, consulting, care coordination, and leadership
responsibilities in outpatient and behavioral health settings. The
position requires a nursing degree, current RN licensure, and
experience in patient care, with a focus on patient-centered,
whole-person care in an integrated health network. Description
Provides professional nursing care as directed by the Washington
State Nurse Practice Act and Pacific Medical Centers policies,
procedures, and protocols; i.e. provides primary and specialty
health care services in collaboration with other members of the
health care team while integrating the nursing roles of clinical,
teaching, consulting, care coordination/case management, and
leadership. Utilizes a systematic approach to nursing practice,
incorporating the principles of Nursing Process when delivering

degree (Baccalaureate, Associate or Diploma) from an accredited
school of nursing. Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. 1
year Recent RN experience in a patient care setting or clinical
commensurate. 2 years Behavioral Health assignments only: In acute
or ambulatory Behavioral Health. Preferred Qualifications: 2 years
Recent RN experience in a patient care setting in area(s) of
responsibility. Recent prior experience in a hospital and
out-patient setting. Recent prior experience with phone triage. 3
years Behavioral Health assignments only: Progressive experience,

position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range
for this position will be determined based upon relevant job

pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
