of 650 Admissions: 3 Rounding Included: Yes Support Staff: 1 RN, 1
PA, 5 NPs, 9 MAs & 20 Office Staff Duties: - Help stabilize dept,
implement processes & workflows, mentor & work collaboratively with
other providers. - Experienced surgeon, robotic trained preferred,
experienced surgical mentor, minimum of 2 yrs leadership
experience. Required Procedures: - Low & high-risk pregnancy - FHR
interpretation: NST/CST/FSE - OB Ultrasounds (Performance of,
interpretation): Level I/Screening (viability) - Routine delivery
(Vaginal, Low forceps & Decision-making for C-section) -
Complicated delivery - Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations -
Office/minor gyne: IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP,
etc. - Surgical Gyne: Open, Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only:
tubal ligation, LOAs, chronal tubation, Operative/major (includes
diagnostic-ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive
LOAs. Beds in the Dept: 14 Trauma Level: IV EMR: Epic Required to
Supervise APPs: Yes Hospital Privileges required: Yes Temporary
Privileges available: Yes Travel, lodging, and malpractice
insurance covered Requirements: Active WA License or IMLC BC BLS At
least 7 yrs of leadership experience
