Accountabilities include assessment and planning, coordination of care, resource utilization management and/ or review, discharge planning, documentation of interventions, regulatory compliance and patient advocacy. Required Qualifications: - Associate's Degree - Nursing degree/diploma upon hire. - Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. - 2 years - Acute care experience in a Medical Surgical or Inpatient setting.
