ID: 74605058 Shift: 12H Nights Nights; Weekend Requirements: Every other - Nights (Fri and Sat) Description: Unit Notes:Medical Solutions auto deducts the 1.75 WA state tax - you are able re-add that back in.Director is REQUESTING 2 years of references for each submittal - must be sent with submittal emailUnitBirthing Center/Mother Baby L&D Beds34 total beds OR Suites on the unit for C-Sections?2 Triage beds2 Triage beds Postpartum beds14 Births per day? Month? Year?150-180 births a month on average. In 2022 they did 2,133 deliveriesDo you follow AWHONN guidelines for ratios?1:2 L&D & 1:3-4 coupletsRequired Certifications (i.e., BLS, ACLS?)RNs- BLS, ACLS, NRP; prefer intermediate or advanced FHMCommon diagnoses/Types of patients33 weeks and above. High risk, Preeclampsia, Diabetic, Psych/Social issues, positive elicit substance useExperience or 'Must have' skillsMust have LDRP experienceMust be comfortable attending deliveries independently and circulating in c-sections.Must be comfortable assisting with catching baby and transitioning baby.Must have 2 years of experience, will consider someone with 1 year of experience if they have multiple prior travel experienceAre RNs required to titrate drips?YesCommon titratable &/or set rate dripsMagnesium, Pitocin and InsulinCharge Nurse/House Supervisor?
