Full-Time or Part-Time Why Join Us? - Hourly Pay: $42 – $52/hr -
Based on experience, length of service, and weekly hours - $42/hr
for newer RNs (~30 hours/week) - $52/hr for experienced RNs working
36 hours/week - $8,000 Sign-On Bonus - Referral Bonus for referring
other healthcare professionals - Flexible Schedules to support

on your preferences ? Your Core Responsibilities: - Provide
high-quality nursing care based on an individualized plan of care -
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies accurately and
safely - Maintain clear, timely, and detailed documentation of all
care activities - Educate and support families on managing
conditions, care plans, and prevention - Work collaboratively with
physicians and the care team to optimize patient outcomes ? What
You Need to Qualify: - Active RN License in Washington or any
Compact State (Required) - Strong attention to detail and
documentation skills - Excellent time management and organizational
abilities - Skilled in problem-solving and conflict resolution -
