Description Responsible for patient safety with primary responsibilities related to support of the Swedish patient safety team as well as support of the Culture of Safety Initiative. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree Nursing Baccalaureate degree (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing or must actively pursue and attain a BSN within six years of hire. - Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License - 2 years Clinical experience. - Project management experience. - Experience in change management with internal & external customers including physicians, staff, managers, and directors. Preferred Qualifications: - Master’s degree in nursing, business, education, hospital administration Or equivalent educ/experience - Process improvement training. - Process improvement experience.
