Job Description:
Description Full Time, 12 Hour Shifts $10,000 hiring bonus for
eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and
conditions for payment. Who we are: We are a 32-bed Orthopedic and
General Medical Surgical Unit that collaborates closely with
providers and our Multidisciplinary Team to offer our diverse
patient population a positive, healing environment. Our team cares
for a wide variety of post-surgical and medical patients, including
orthopedics, spinal, and general surgical procedures, making this
unit a great place to develop skills and grow in your nursing
practice. As part of a Level 2 Trauma Center, we also work with our
trauma providers to treat fractures and other complex orthopedic
injuries. If your passion is post-op management, this unit would be
a great fit for you! Who we are known for: Our unit is known for
its teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration. We prioritize
high quality; patient centered care and we accomplish this through
strong teamwork. Our nursing staff works closely with hospitalists,
Rehab therapists, and social workers to develop each patient’s
individualized plan of care. We serve as a resource for management
of: Total Joints, Orthopedic/Spine Trauma, and Fractures. Join our

Required Qualifications: - Graduation from an accredited nursing
program - Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire - National
Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire - 1 year of
Nursing experience. Preferred Qualifications: - National
