Job Description:

Full-time RN position specializing in Progressive Cardiac Care & Medical Intermediate Care in Braselton, GA, with a 12-hour night shift and a $15,000 sign-on bonus.
Unit expanding to 24 beds, caring for patients with complex medical and cardiac needs, including respiratory support, endocrine emergencies, chest pain, acute coronary syndrome, heart failure, and dysrhythmias.
Ideal candidates are experienced or new graduates committed to developing clinical skills, providing safe, effective care, and participating in quality improvement and team initiatives.
Requires GA RN licensure, associate degree or diploma, and at least 1 year of RN experience; BSN preferred.
Key skills include effective communication, clinical judgment, leadership, teamwork, and commitment to patient-centered care and professional growth.
Responsibilities involve direct patient care, interdisciplinary collaboration, mentoring, and contributing to unit safety and quality goals.
