Job Description:
This role is in Eugene, Oregon, a vibrant city known for arts,
outdoor activities, and community engagement.
Seeking a full-time or PRN Certified Occupational Therapist
Assistant (COTA) to provide direct occupational therapy care under
supervision.
Full-time pay ranges $30-$40/hr DOE; PRN is $40-$45/hr DOE.
Offers mentorship, continuing education, and growth opportunities
within a network of nearly 200 facilities across 26 states.
Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, documenting
progress, coordinating with patients and teams, and maintaining
professional standards.
Requirements: NBCOT certification, state licensure, CPR
certification, and preferred 1-year post-acute care experience.
Candidate must demonstrate good judgment, teamwork,
confidentiality, and excellent communication skills.
Essential functions involve patient care, documentation, software
use, and adherence to safety and compliance policies.
