  📍 Location: Washington (exact facility not listed - Magnet, Teaching, Level 1 Trauma Center)
  🕒 Shift & Schedule:
  • 4x10-Hour Days (Variable days, including weekends)
  • Start Time: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM (variable)
  • Start Date: 5/19/2025
  • On-Call: 4-5 call shifts per month
  • Weekend Requirement: Yes
  • Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off 1 shift every 2-week pay period
  • Contract Length: 91 Weeks 📌 Special Notes:
    • Schedules posted monthly on the 15th
    • Must be flexible for both 8-hour and 10-hour shifts
    • Daily caseload: 4 Angio Suites + 2 ORs
    • No floating to sister facilities , but must float within scope at the hospital
    • Block scheduling not available 🧠 Clinical Focus Areas:
      • Neuro: Stroke, coils, AVMs, diagnostic cerebrals
      • Cardiac: STEMI, PCI, diagnostic procedures
      • Vascular: Runoffs, TEVAR, EVAR
      • Body: CVCs, drains, embolizations --- Requirements:
        • Minimum 1 year of Cath/IR experience
        • Certifications Required:
          • ARRT
          • Washington Radiologic Technologist License (WA Rad Tech License)
          • EPIC charting experience a plus (not required)
          • First-time travelers accepted
          • Locals accepted (no rate difference)
          • Pending state license accepted 🏥 Facility Highlights:

            • Total Beds: 500
            • Scrubs: Facility-provided
            • Charting System: Epic
            • Parking Cost: $20/day 📋 Compliance & Orientation:
              • Compliance Deadline: -3 business days before start
              • No RTO during orientation week
              • RTO max: 6 days total
              • Must disclose all BG/license hits-full compliance required before review
              • Prior UW staff must have 18-month separation before returning as traveler
              • Allied Orientation: Starts any Monday (2-3 hrs, non-billable)
