Job Description If you have experience working with generator
systems, electrical testing, or other hands-on technical equipment,
we have a great full-time temp-to-hire opportunity for you! A
well-established marine generator manufacturer is hiring a Test
Cell Technician to support generator testing operations within
their production facility. This is a highly active, hands-on role
where you’ll work closely with the Test Cell Lead and Quality
Assurance team to ensure diesel and marine generator sets are
properly tested, documented, and prepared for delivery. As a Test
Cell Technician, you’ll be responsible for setting up generator
sets for testing, recording test data, assisting with
troubleshooting, and keeping the test cell clean and organized.
You’re a good fit for this position if you have technical training
or experience, are comfortable using tools and electrical
measurement equipment, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative
production team. Test Cell Technician Duties: Set up, test,
disconnect, and clean generator sets in the test cell Record and
document test data during generator testing Assist with identifying
nonconformities and troubleshooting under guidance Maintain a
clean, organized, and safe test cell environment Assist with
assembly and other production tasks as needed Test Cell Technician
Requirements: High School diploma Basic knowledge of single-phase
and three-phase AC power Experience using digital multimeters or
other electrical measurement tools Ability to read and understand
electrical drawings Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform
physical work throughout day. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am-
