is the place for you. As a Sr. Technical Product Manager, you will
work across stakeholders, software teams, and senior management
within and outside Prime Air to link customer experience with the
right operational design. You will flex your technical acumen by
owning the software which defines how drone maintenance, flight
test, and infrastructure is maintained, logged, and supports Prime
Air operations. You should have a demonstrated track record of
building relationships and earning trust at all levels, and must be
comfortable having technical debates with engineers, research
scientists, and other technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate
is a creative, demonstrated product manager with superior
analytical abilities. This opportunity requires excellent
technical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You must be
able to accurately prioritize projects, make sound judgments, and
work to improve the customer experience. Skillset in operations
management and aviation enthusiasm is a plus. Export Control
License This position may require a deemed export control license
for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Placement is
contingent on Amazon’s ability to apply for and obtain an export
control license on your behalf. Key job responsibilities -Own the
requirements, design, and development of Prime Air's upcoming
Delivery Centers. -Work across system teams, building designers,
launch PMs, and others to enable state-of-the-art technology.
-Convey requirements to your peer Industrial Engineers who design
processes at the Delivery Center. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's
degree - 5 years of Product experience - Experience owning/driving
roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with feature delivery
and tradeoffs of a product - Experience contributing to engineering
discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a
product - Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of
critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level
prioritization and planning PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in
using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight -
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools -
Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and
refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure
all committed work is delivered on time - Experience with concepts
such as system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, system
analysis, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and decision

the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base
pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest
geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic
market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market
location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills,
