communication. Key job responsibilities - Partners with engineering
and product management team members in the execution and delivery
of successful products and services, using a customer-focused,
iterative design process. - Leads UX efforts across one or many
teams, setting design direction, driving discussion and activities,
while participating in delivery, planning, and coordination
efforts. - Determines best UX solutions based on customer feedback
and business goals and helps to determine overall direction,
identifying challenges and adapting as needed based on the context
of the solution and customer. - Utilize strong storytelling and
presentation skills to clearly communicate the design strategy,
outcomes, and deliverables to diverse stakeholders. - Creates high
quality deliverables and executes based on UX goals and priorities
while driving the success of overall UX team delivery by seeking
opportunities to make improvements to team efficiency and process.
- Leverages, fosters and extends the use of established UX
techniques, templates, presentations, and assets in the creation of
UX analysis, solutions, and materials; proposes new solutions or
optimizes existing ones, and fosters UX artifact reuse and
consistency across team members and/or projects - Sets an example
and creates opportunities to foster collaborative cross-discipline
dynamics. A day in the life In this design role, you'll shape the
user experience across our entire talent ecosystem - from job
search and interviewing to employee engagement and career
development. You'll craft seamless journeys for candidates, hiring
managers, interviewers, and recruiters, both external and internal
to Amazon. We're looking for someone who deeply understands human
needs and behaviors, translating them into innovative design
solutions that serve both our people and business objectives.
Drawing from customer insights, business requirements, and research
data, you will be responsible for ideating on innovative solutions.
Strong storytelling and presentation skills are essential, as this
UX designer will need to clearly communicate the design strategy,
outcomes, and deliverables to diverse stakeholders and senior
leadership. About the team Amazon Talent Acquisition empowers our

streamline hiring processes for all of Amazon. As stewards of the

opportunities through our services. - 5 years of design experience
- 3 years of delivering design solutions as a UX designer or
interaction designer experience - Have an online portfolio or
samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great
end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across
desktop and mobile devices - Experience designing and prototyping
with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar - 2
years of mass-market consumer web / mobile products experience -
Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly
with developers for implementation of designs - Experience
leveraging AI technologies to create prototypes and other artefacts

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
