reputable non-profit organization that is searching for a temporary
Senior Financial Analyst for their team. The main tasks of this
individual will be budgeting, forecasting, and creating reports for
the management team. The ideal candidate will have at least five
years of analyst experience and have knowledge of SQL or Power BI.
This position will offer some hybrid flexibility after a few months
in office. The team is looking for someone quickly so the interview
process will be quick. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain
detailed budgets for various departments, ensuring alignment with
organizational goals. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and
annual financial forecasts based on historical data and future
projections. Analyze budget variances and provide actionable
recommendations to management for cost optimization. Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data and
assumptions for forecasting. Create comprehensive financial reports
summarizing budget and forecast results for presentation to
leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance,
Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of five years of
experience in a financial analyst role, with demonstrated expertise
in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Proficiency in
financial analysis tools and software, with strong knowledge of SQL
or Power BI Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and
communication skills, with the ability to present complex data
clearly to management Strong attention to detail and ability to
work independently as well as collaboratively within
cross-functional teams Pay Details: $50.00 to $52.00 per hour
